Yes, God can make us feel at home wherever His Spirit is present. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely story.

A wonderful story. I love how you described the different churches and the many cultures that made them what they are. Keep writing.

God bless. :)

I really enjoyed this. So far, it is the best of last week's entries. I thought it was well written and uplifting. It also conveyed the mix topic.

It must have been an awesome experience to worship the Lord with the voices of so many different languages. As your story points out, home is where you are planted.
Diversity comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, languages and food and music styles.

You demonstrated this well.

Mike showed up towards the end. When did he come into the mix.

Nice story. Any special reason it took so long in Georgia to "settle down"?
This was a great take on the topic. I liked how you showed how people mix into a family. My only red ink would be to work on smoother transitions, it felt a bit sudden when you jumped from one spot to the next. On the plus side, I don't think I spotted one POV shiftshift! ;) I am so happy to see yours and Mike's stories in the winners circle each week this quarter. Congratulations and know I'm doing my happiest happy dance!
