When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you (Isaiah 43:2 ESV).

Water

Choppy, rough

Churning, splashing, engulfing

Deluge, torrent, inferno, blaze

Scorching, burning, devouring

Red-hot, torrid

Fire

After saying this, he spit on the ground and made mud with the salvia. Then he spread the mud on the manís eyes (John 9:6 NIV).

Blindness

Unfocused, directionless

Covering, cloaking, groping

Darkness, obscurity, optics, eyesight

Gazing, viewing, glimpsing

Sharp, keen

Vision

The splash of spittle healed the blind man.

Jesus wept (John 11:35 ESV).

Sorrow

Pensive, plaintive

Mourning, grieving, afflicting

Sad, distress, delight, praise

Exulting, comforting, rejoicing

Blessed, elated

Joy

The splash of a teardrop showed Christís humanity.

Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesusí feet and wiped his feet with her hair (John 12:3a ISV).

Perfume

Fragrant, redolent

Pleasing, scenting, effusing

Bouquet, incense, essence, spice

Anointing, extracting, filling

Aromatic, sweet

Nard

The splash of nard shows a friendís love.

These were beautifully written Diamante poems. I like how you intertwined the Bible and the verses together.

It is very difficult to write such a spectrum of emotions.

Very unique and creative entry.

Brilliant job with the topic at hand. I love diamante poetry, I've always found it to be fascinating and mesmerizing.

This certainly exalted the Lord and honored Him in a big way.

Pure Genius!

Thank you.

God bless~
