All I want is to see your face, your lovely face.
I feel so alone; I need you to comfort me.
This life is so hard to endure... but I know I must go on.
Please don't take your Holy Spirit from me.
I need his presence within me, like a living being needs a heart.
Everywhere I turn there is chaos, solitude is just a wish for me now.
The demons, they attack me day and night.
They bait me to offend you, and to deny you.
I scream in agony, squeezing my hands to my ears.
I no longer can bear the sound of their seductive voices.
But the mind is weak... as is the flesh.
Oh, Almighty God, why don't you help me?
I am on my knees trembling before you.
Lord Jesus Christ, you died for me.
I have been freed by your precious blood.
But... why all this? I don't even feel your warm presence.
What have I done? Have I committed the unpardonable sin?
Oh God, no. It can't be... I cannot lose you.
I will do anything... anything, to be restored unto you.
“My precious Daughter, I am right here, and have never left you.
But now is not your time.
Work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
My grace is sufficient for you.”

Even though your piece did not adequately cover the topic, I'm certain someone reading this will find "grace to help" in their time of need.
Excellent! God Bless, Lynn
The close sets it off so well.
My own soul echoes the cry in this line: "Please don't take your Holy Spirit from me.
I need his presence within me, like a living being needs a heart."
I also loved the Lord's response to the prayer's plea--His promise that He is with us even when we have no certain evidence of His presence.
Thank you for sharing this!
Thanks. God bless~
