Eternity
In the beginning God created time out of eternity. In the limitless void God formed the celestial bodies to measure the days and hours. Different planets orbit different stars at different rates creating different years, days, and hours than ours. That, we can comprehend. God , however ,lives in eternity. Where is that?
God’s time is certainly not our time. God has another set of rules than we do. Ecclesiastes 3;11 says “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men, yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” That’s one place where it is, eternity is in our hearts.
2 Peter 3:8 says “But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: with the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.” Eternity is an inconceivably long time to us, but we don’t know what it is to God. Who knows?
Hell lasts for and eternity, so does heaven. Hell would get real old, real quick, so It would be best to shoot for heaven. It will be a while, quite a while.

There is so much about God that is hard for our finite minds to comprehend, eternity being just one example. Thank you for the reminder.

Great message of God's truth about timing! I feel like you could have expanded on this, either with a fictional entry or a longer essay, but I appreciate your effort, and it is definitely on topic. :-)

This piece gets right to the point. I remember trying to understand how numbers could go on forever when I was a kid. Surely someone would get tired of writing or run out of paper. Even as an adult it's a hard concept to wrap our frail human minds around it. You do a nice job making your message clear and concise.

So well said and written in so few words. Nice job. Thank you. God Bless
