"Stains"
I will not be able to deny it. The evidence is in too many places.the most embarrassing spot for proof is the stained pages in my bible. The pretty blouse my grand daughter gave me is now soiled. the grease mark stands out like a weed in a beautiful garden. In the pail beside my desk is the empty wrapers and the little bags that once held unnourishing quick grab food items, junk food,the reasons for the stains.
Once again as I sit at my desk and I ask myself,why I didn't get an apple or a banana.I think this while yet another wraper is tossed! Thank goodness the one falling onto the pile is todays first.
I need to get a grip on my taste buds they are like a magnet to junk food. So I will continue to pray and read the bible for encouragement to stop being a junk food junkie.
