Peace is found in the hearts of man who have found their way.
A way is only found by knowing the path to choose.
Choices are made based on the knowledge that we are taught.
Who and what we allow to teach us bares witness to our obedience.
“Whom shall you serve O faithful servant?” is a cry we should
Hear from the rising of the sun to the setting of the moon.
Will we serve the gods of the day, those ruled by man and money?
Or will we obey the living God who holds the very breath we take?
To surrender and submit to a Holy jealous God is beyond obeying
Laws scribbled on stone atop a mountain and packaged in a gold box.
To yield to the I AM is the way to obedience that is the very cornerstone
On which all future generations are built and lives become righteous.
Only with such obedience are truth, honor, and His presence found.
Only in obedience dare we advance before the throne of a Holy God
Who consumes the strange sacrifices laid bare with a wrathful fire. Such
Knowledge is too much for me, but this obedience is a pearl to gain
How many will die tonight without having heard the name – Jesus- because
We have sought the road not laid by the obedience to His Word?
How many will thirst and knock, hunger and weep, not knowing why?
Because we chose to follow the blessings of man rather than obey the teachings God?
