There used to be a time where the difference between right and wrong was very clear. The voices of the people who spoke up about things that were considered gray were immediately bounced off of the moral code in society. The problem is that now there is no social standard. Now pretty much anything goes. So the social standard is being conformed to having no standards at all.
All we have to do is look at what used to be on television and the radio in the 60’s and 70’s compared to today. What is the media pouring into our society today? No moral standards are being reinforced that clearly define right from wrong? Instead our society is not only being bombarded with immoral behavior, but this filth is ubiquitously available through every form of communication technique developed over the years.
What our media is saying to the rest of the world is that America does not put God first anymore. When this type of thing happened in the Bible where the country turned its back on God and took Him out of His rightful place, God gave them what they wanted as a punishment. This downward spiral is creating a very dark, materialistic, selfish, and immoral society. This will produce a hunger for morals and standards eventually. Society will get sick of the filth and when that happens we will step in and be light of God to this country.
Christians who love God and want to see His will on earth be carried out are the ones that will God’s light in the midst of this chaos. We need to walk so closely with God that we hear His direction for our own individual paths each day. The war has already been won. We are on the winning team, so we need to act like it. The rest of the world does not know who wins this battle, but we do.
All we have to do right now is to start at home. If we can reach our family that lives in our very homes by living what we believe, then our family will follow. This begins to infect everyone that sees the believer live out every day what they truly believe in their heart. We begin to branch out to friends and family and every person we meet during our daily journey.
Be the light to everyone and God will use you to change this world around for His glory.

John 12:36 -- Put your trust in the light while you have it, so that you may become sons of light." When he had finished speaking, Jesus left and hid himself from them.
Colossians 1:12-- giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light.
Luke 1:79 --to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace.”
