We have wondered sometimes... What have we done to deserve this? Why am I being punished? We answer ourselves by saying “I haven’t done any crime? I often say to my children “If you don't do what you are suppose to do then they will need to suffer the consequences.
I like to view the situations that come there way as a learning tool to teach them in life. Yet when things come our way which we don't want, we tend to think of it as we have committed some crime and we are being punished for it.
If we were to look at truth in the face, we would probably see that God is trying to teach us something, just like the things of life is teaching our children, which God brings in their life anyway, the same is true of us, so to speak as we as matured adults, that God is trying to teach us as well. Yet just as our children miss the teaching God is trying to teach them through us, so we too miss what God is trying to teach us as Adults.
A tongue twister isn't it. So it is with the real life, a mixture of the twists of life and teaching of which we might view as crime and punishment.
