The way I feel when the river flows, inside of me a happiness grows.

When the wind blows, each and every time I see my baby girl and I know that she feels happiness inside.

The leaves change colors, they then fall out of the trees, and I feel the joy that nature brings.

The ducks in a pond sing a pretty song that makes me happy, and sometimes I feel a little scrappy, as they swim in the breeze.

Then there’s the winter, that sometimes can bring a sneeze along with a cold, but when the snow falls, I get a good feeling.

Then during winter, we have something special, a holiday this world will always remember, for it is the one, the best of the bunch, the birth of our God, in Christmas it brings a reason to sing.

Throughout the seasons, I know He’s the reason for the way I feel, and I know it is real.

During the spring, the flowers will bloom, and the look on my face is not one of gloom.

The rain will fall, the thunder will roar, the lightning will flash, and I’ll smile once more.

For in these seasons that good feeling I feel, and because God loves me I feel much emotion, because through His works He created the ocean.

He made all these seasons, and gave us a reason, for happiness, sadness, to rejoice all the time without first explaining the reason.

Throughout the seasons, there’s one that’s the best, all the kids get out of school after they take their final test.

Though it’s the summer, sometimes it’s a bummer, cause this summer heat can stir up defeat, and cause us some sadness.

Throughout the seasons, we have mixed emotions, there’s some that we love, and other times we seem that we’re hopeless.

Though through the weather, our lives will get better, our emotions will change, though sometimes it’s out of our range.

We can be sad, or we can be happy, sometimes either way it can be sappy.

Tears will fall, sometimes loved ones will call, mixed emotions this life will bring.

Summer, spring, fall, and winter can stir up emotions, for within us they flow like the ocean.

Emotions will come everyday of the year, and our best days are the ones not lived in fear.

When we get scared, sad, or happy, we pray to God and find peace in our soul.

Though this won’t stop all our emotion, we know He is there and His ears and arms are always open.

When we pray our feelings will change, and just like the seasons our emotions will change.

You did a good job showing how like the seasons we too change. Some of the rhymes felt a bit forced but overall you did a good job with the topic.
