We are His Beauty

(Angie and Mia finally got to use their pass ports and are on their vacation. They are picking up some postcards to send home.)

Mia
Angie, this is a very peaceful place. I am so glad we finally got to come here.

Angie
I am glad we finally got to use our pass ports girl. We are in another country. I can’t believe it. It is so beautiful here. I can’t wait to send these postcards to my parents so they can see some the of sites we have been blessed to see.
Mia
Angie God is so awesome, as I think on all of the things we’ve seen, the flower gardens, the beautiful buildings and I see the wonders of God. He just spoke and all this was.

Angie
You know Mia, you here people talk about going on vacation to get away from their problems or just for peace, now I understand. It’s so wonderful…so peaceful here. It’s so important that we appreciate all that God has created.
Mia
I hear you Angie. Purchasing these postcards makes me think of us.
Angie
How so Mia?
Mia
Well, we are supposed to be the salt of the earth. Others are supposed to look at us and see God’s beauty. In our daily walk with God we are supposed to be His flower gardens. He dwells in us, so we should be the buildings that others come to for peace.
Angie
You are right. When people look at us and see the smiles
on our faces they should see the light that we were called to be.
Mia
Exactly, we are to be His postcards. When others look at the postcards, they have the desire to know about the places they see. When they look at us they see the peace of God and the beauty that comes with serving Him.
Angie
…and they come to us inquiring and we share the love of God with them.
Mia
Yes, and we share with them just like you shared with me.

Angie
Thank you Lord for allowing us to see You, even in these postcards. Thank You for allowing us to be, Your Beauty for others to see.
Mia
Amen, and now we need to get these postcards in the mail before we arrive home before they do.

I love the image of being God's postcards, not letters from God that must be opened to be read, but there for all to see.

Nice lesson from your protagonists. I wonder if you could use their dialog to give the girls each more distinct personalities...I want to know more about them!
