FROM HEAVEN TO EARTH
Hi...
I haven’t spoken to you for sometime now so I thought that I’d send you a line. Don’t be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David, a Savior has been born to you. He is Christ the Lord.
Hey again...
It’s been about thirty years so I wanted to let you know that I’m still here and that I still care for you. Sorry that I haven’t written sooner. Let me tell you what happened today. As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on Him. And a voice from heaven said “This is my Son whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.” Guess Who the voice was?
Greetings...
I decided not to wait so long between correspondences with you. I just want to make sure that you’re paying attention. Were you at Cana today? My Son sent a sterling message. It was subtle but if you look for it you won’t miss it. More soon.
Just Me again...
A short note to try to open your eyes a little bit. A BUNCH of people got fed today. That was a good thing but better than that was the symbolism involved. They filled TWELVE baskets with leftovers. I’ll leave you to figure out what that means.
Hi...
Just a short “one liner”. He raised Lazarus from the dead today.
A final Postcard...
For the last three years He has given you signs and words (My words) and blessing upon blessing. Today, you paid Him back by killing Him. At least you THOUGHT that you were killing Him. You picked up stones to kill Him MANY times before. You even tried to throw Him off of a cliff. But you couldn’t get it done. That’s because His life was HIS to lay down and to take up again. I gave Him that permission. But He left you one last sign. At the place where He was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid. Because it was the Jewish Day of Preparation, and since the tomb was nearby, they laid Jesus there.
