I watch as our world is torn by issues that seem so insurmountable that there seems to be no answers.

When the news is broadcasting over the airways, it continually seems to talk of doom. We are bombarded by children killing children, wars, fear in our neighborhoods, and lack of trust in even our closest friends.

We hear of people starving because of no food, no housing, no help from anyone, and we cry because there are so many problems, and we are so few to help. We give to what we can and hope that others will follow our example.

People are doing the best they can for their families taking whatever jobs are available, while others have begun to take what is not theirs to take. There seem to be a division between the people, and yet they struggle on.

The wealthy are holding on to whatever, they can in hopes that it will be their last line of defense in this struggling economy. However, there is hope for those that believe.

In Proverbs 11:28, we are told: He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will flourish like the green leaf. NAS

We need not worry; we only have to trust in His word. He will never leave us nor forsake us. Joshua 1:5 NAS

Good scripture to bring to light. We have had and will always have these types of trials and worries.
