I plan to move one day
As I step out of my front door, on the way to work.
I realize just how much I need god in my life.
For he has been with me since I was a child.
Standing in the gap between myself and the things that want to harm me.
There are so many things that try to corrupt your spirit.
You can feel the hatred in the air and harshness of the people you meet.
It seems that they are not happy until they have the upper hand in all they do.
They know deep down that there life is empty and sad, but it can change.
To be a Christian is more than being saved from sin. The way I see it, you have to be
A friend to one in need and a brother to plant a seed, and when the time is right, the seeds will grow and spring forth the love that Jesus told us of.
Although you try to be the best Christ like person you can, It still takes a lot of devotion and patience. And love for your fellow man, remember,
Jesus wants us to live through his example, and love everyone.
And when I look for the signs of his coming
It’s not that hard to understand, why god wants us all to saved women and men.
I plan to move one day and fly far, far away. I won’t need any luggage then, for I’ll have a new body, a robe and a crown.
My journey here is soon to be complete,
And I’ll be resting safely at my Jesus’ feet
To praise him forever
To leave his side no, never.
