Why do the good times of summer haft to end? Why do we haft to have fall? Fall is when good things come to an end.
Fall is the time when our plant life and vegetation goes dormant. We fooled by the trees because we hope that they would stay with those bright colors forever. Were fooled because the leaves fall off, and it makes the trees look dead. It reminds us that things in life will come to an end.
The change in the seasons reminds me of the book of Ecclesiastes Where Solomon felt that most things we do are useless because it will all end. Solomon is right nothing here on earth will last. Our Jobs, belongings, relationships, status in life, you name it will end someday.
Every year the leaves fall and die. Just like the leaves die we all some day will die. The good thing is if we ask Jesus into our heart we don't haft to die like the leaves. We can have life with him in eternity.
