If God has willed it, my body will be healed.
But whatever the case, my fate has been sealed.
For Christ is my Savior, and I’m ready today,
To hear my heavenly Father, say everything’s OK.
What God has willed, is my goal in this life.
To be a mother to my children, and to my husband, a wife.
To raise up a family, with the fear of the Lord,
To serve one another, in Heavenly accord
When God has willed it, I will step to the plate.
I will rise with great courage, as I walk through that gate.
I will have no regret, of the things from the past,
For the seeds I have sown, through my Savior will last.
Where God has willed it, is where I want to be.
For it’s only through Jesus, that I have gained eyes to see.
If He gives me tomorrow, I am blessed way beyond,
For it’s me and my Savior, with that God given bond.
Why God has willed it, I will not understand,
Till I stand at His side, in the Holy Promised Land.
It’s only for His purpose, that I live here on earth,
My real homes in Heaven, and I’ve known this from birth.
How God has willed it: some things are not clear.
So I look toward the future, and I’m free from all fear.
I know through this journey, whether short or so long,
That with the saints up in glory, I will sing a new song.
So, my dear Father, what will You do?
Will You grant me the time, to teach my great grandkids to?
To watch them grow up, and accept You, each one,
To turn to the cross, and acknowledge Your Son.
So in my autumn of life, I give You the glory.
I know that it’s You, who writes the end of my story.
I will live every day, and I will cherish each bit.
And in each circumstance I will say, “If God Wills It.”
