I came to the Crossroads in life, I did not
Know which way to go,
I saw two roads, one wide and one was
Narrow on this earth below.
I stood and gazed and knew a choice I
Had to make,
Would it be the wide road or the narrow,
Which one would I take.
I chose the narrow road though I knew it
Would be hard, I pondered if I would be
Strong?
I chose it anyway, for I felt that it was
Where I belong.
The road, is narrow but your passport is
Free, to just follow you,
I accepted because, it was the only
Choice I could do.
Stepping Out in faith, my steps were
Unsure, and slow,
Looking and keeping my eyes forward, my
Soul cried out, Go!
As I walked and met with failing, trials
And sorrows too,
I found the farther I walked, Lord, I could
See more of you.
I learned the Valleys were full of the trials
And, many a test,
But You showed me the joy of the Mountain tops,
And along the way sweet Rest.
Now that we've traveled the long narrow way,
I want to Thank You, Lord for helping
Me choose , at the Crossroads the right
Path that day.
