God was walking, in the Garden of Eden, surveying all that He had made,
When He saw His Little Bumblebee sitting on a flower’s leaf, hiding in the dark shade.

"Why are you just sitting there, hiding in the middle of that green leaf?
You have a special job to do, one that is very important, and just won't keep.

You are to go from flower to flower, collecting nectar and pollen as you go,
With the nectar you will make honey, and the pollen will help more flowers grow.

One day a special man will come, and honey will be a part of his special meal.
He will tell many My Son is coming, and man's separation from me, My Son will heal."

Well," said Little Bumblebee, "Some" say I'm too big to fly and that my wings are far too small.
"Some" say I'm too heavy for my tiny wings and if I go up, back to the ground I'll just fall."

"Why are you listening to "Some" and believing what "Some" has to say about you?"
"You know I created all things, and I saw that it was good," God continued.

"I would not ask you to do a job, that I had not prepared you for,
I am with you always, and your needs I will never ever ignore.

Remember, all things are possible with Me, with faith be guided, trust and obey."
Little Bumblebee realized he had much to do, and so flew off without any further delay.

His faith carried him on wings of trust, as he flew from flower to flower,
No longer did he doubt or question, because he knew God had given him the power,

To defy what "Some" might say, to be all a bumblebee was meant to be,
To do whatever God has asked, and accept, with faith, his responsibility.

You can be like Little Bumblebee, and do all that God has planed for you.
When you walk with Him, letting faith be your guide, He will see you through.

Cool poem! I like the point of view. I'm not sure how it fit the topic, but I loved it.

I enjoyed this poem. Your use of symmetry was outstanding. I enjoyed the walk in the forest.
