I can remember getting goosebumps as he knelt down on one knee and actually propose to me. His name was Ricco. He was a handsome man ,tall and very considerate of others. I always like that he compliments me. I myself am nervous of meeting the family. The next day he pick me up at my cottage and we went to his parents house for dinner. Oh boy, I didn't know whether or not I was dress perfect enough for the occasion. They lived in a three story house with purple siding as though they were royalty. My knees shook something awful. Ricco turn to his parents and said: Mom this is my fiance Veronica.I brought her here tonight ,because I really love her and the fact that she is sold out for God make the icing on the cake that much better. He always knew that his parents would not approved of him seeing someone that is not totally in to God. You see they were Pastors of one of the largeset churches in Florida. That night they question me on my behavior towards thier son.I felt relieved when they gave me their stamp of approval. In-laws are much like the end of the caboose. They are the ones that continue to hang on even when the going gets rough. Some can be bossy, and some can be sweet. I just so happen to fall in the right hands. They prayed with me and for me, When ever something goes down , you can always depend on your in-laws to help pray you through this. Remember tose people that you don't think makes a difference ,actually really do. Those people are the in-laws.

Hmmm, it seems like there's more to this story here than just this short piece here. I noticed a lot of it was in present tense, perhaps past tense would work better next time-present tense works best when it's in dialog and you're 'telling' the story to another character. Otherwise-nice job! ^_^
