I really don’t care now what other do think
I’m way too blessed to care
To judge others now can cause a big stink
And cause many tempers to flare

There is no way to keep the watchers calmed down
So please don’t commit a crime
Some you may please, but there’s others who’ll frown
They’re watching you all the time

Once I hung out with some unsavory folks
My life started looking bleak
Heard God calling amidst all of the tokes
Now I’m called a Jesus Freak

Ever consider how others look at you
Myself now I could care less
Yes I’m called a freak, which don’t make me blue
My heart this truly does bless

Just because I hang out at church you see
Old friends I still care about
They no longer try and get close to me
Because I have changed no doubt

If I have to be judged by the friends I keep
And trying both sides I’ll say
With Jesus I’ve found such peace as His sheep
It’s His voice I’ll now obey

Yes I carry God’s Word everywhere I go
His Spirit leading the way
Gods’ Word in my heart my spirit my soul
From Him never more to stray

I've also been learning not to worry about what others think about me... Thank you for the encouragement to keep pressing forward into that!
I would suggest that you try to add more creative imagery to this poem. You might also want to be careful to try to avoid making your rhymes too sing-songish.
Keep up the good work!
Blessings,
Ben

Nice to meet another Jesus freak! :) Thank you for sharing this poem. Be careful of typos. Don't want anything to distract us from your message. Good job staying on topic!
