I have moments, when all i can do is breathe. When the darkest part of the storm of the day seems to want to overwhelm and suck me into it's depth. I breathe. Deeply breathe the very breath of God. This life giving, strenghtening, loving and calm inducing breath fills my soul.
I offer a smile, a hug, an encouraging word, an upbeat personna that is the exact opposite of how i am feeling at that moment, and i breathe.
For my God is with me and for me always and all ways. I see a tree with it's brillant color gently swaying in the breeze and i am thankful, i see a child laughing and i am thankful, i see the majesty of the ocean and i am thankful, i see my husband eyes light up when he sees me and i am thankful.
As i walk into my home church, surrounded by my family in Christ, i breathe, the very breath of God and i am thankful. I put aside my stuff for the time i am there ,deep in Him and i breathe in hope, joy, peace, the will to follow Him.
The very revelation of each breath as a prayer has carried me through the roughest storms with Him as my anchor. I can breathe in the poison of others hurts and worries, and together we breath out life giving oxygen. Amazing to think as each one of us in our daily walk are praying, praising, interceeding all with a breath that we seem to take for granted as just a breath.
