How can I complain? The joy of the Lord fills my soul.
Absolute contentment comes from knowing Him
Peace is mine, for free … my heart made whole.
Pardon from sin He gave not on a whim
You too His praise can extol.
He gave His life for me
And for this I am free
People, come sing with glee
Past sins have to flee
Yes! He died for thee.
Jesus loved me just like you
Once you know him like I do
You will find this feeling too
Just agree to make Him Lord
One we are in one accord
Yahweh pierced with simple sword.
Father’s love is so complete
Rise to kneel at Jesus’ feet
Oh Holy Spirit is so sweet.
Must I wait the three to meet?
Tell me what I should be
Help me be that just for thee
Ever watchful eyes that see
Eternity waits there for me.
