Each morning we meet, my Jesus and I
Precious, sweet time with God Most High
I bring to His feet my joys and my fear
Itís my loving Father who invites me near

And in His presence, there I find
His voice so loving, His face so kind
ďCome sit, my child, come visit with me,
Iíve wonderful things for you to seeĒ

I open His Word, His Word to me
Is truth and light that I may see
His love which fills each and every part
Of this thirsty soul and hungry heart

He listens intently as I pour out my soul
Confessing my worst, yet in Him Iím whole
He forgives, comforts and leads me still
To the wide-open spaces of His perfect will

I strain to hear as He speaks to my heart
For this truly is the very best part
How great is the love Youíve poured out on me
That I should be called a child of Thee

This is a lovely poem that would be beautiful to read to children. Very nice!
