Can't you feel my heart
Why you make me crying in sorrow
Don't you hear me calling your name
Every morning and night
I need you to stay all the way
To guide and lead me to a better place
I want to be just like you
So please guide me and tell me more
The light that you promise
That will lead my life to a brighter side
So please don't let those moment pass by
And stay firmly for me
All I need is you
To make living everyday worthwhile
Love and Joy will fill my day
Just with the presence of you in my life
Now and always
Life will be full of contentment
And in getting to know you more
Will always be my precious moment
With my heart I give all to you
In knowing you will always be there for me
So please always stay close
I will never give up
For I always need your presence in my life

A lovely Psalm.

A nifty way to punch up the effect of free verse is to add imagery or figurative language. Try it!
