“Gods Great Cathedral”

Have you ever stood in the dark of night
looking up at the brilliantly moon lit sky?
The moon looked like a giant silver orb and its
light was so luminescent it lit up the whole sky.

I was totally and completely awestruck as my
eyes took in the beauty of the night sky.
I was at a loss for words as I stood there
and all I could do was utter a breathless sigh.

The clouds folded down from Gods centerpiece in
every direction and appeared to touch the ground.
It seemed as if I was standing in the middle of a great
domed cathedral as I slowly turned around.

The panoramic view was so majestic and awe inspiring
that I stood there transfixed in time and space.
I humbly bowed my head and praised my heavenly
Father for all His love, beauty, forgiveness and grace.

I could truly feel Gods presence and here stood a tiny
creature made by Him and everything seemed so surreal.
I felt as if you could reach out and touch His hand whilst
standing within Gods awesome, beautiful great cathedral.
