Multitasking

My sport of choice is simple, requires no gym membership, and is easy on your muscles. This sport helps your spirit and your mind and I highly recommend it. I love it! All that is required is an able body, appropriate clothing of course, and perhaps a membership into Godís kingdom.
I am able to accomplish physical exercise for my four legged friends, Jenny, and Louie as well as for me. I take great pride in my babies and people know it as they drive by and notice the smile on my face.
While I walk, I also get to spend time praising my Lord. It doesnít take too much investigating to witness his beauty in all places. In any direction you face, his intricate picture has the perfect color and all the tiny details which are so important and necessary. I have been and still am being romanced by His Majesty, through the capped mountains, the chirping songs the birds yearn to sing, the cold crisp sunny day, or the neighborhood dogs barking jealously at Jenny & Louie. The list goes on and on.
The simple blessing of breathing in such sweet fresh air allows me to feel so alive, so ready, and so fortunate.
For me, my fitness program is not a grueling chore that must get done. For me, I am thankful for this precious time to be with God.

this is a nice picture that I could easily imagine. Loved the line about God romancing you through the scenery. Good job

Good Writing. Thanks for sharing this. Its funny but sometimes the simple things still are the best. Enjoying a walk and thanking God for all he has blessed us with, helps us keep fit mentally and physically.
