When you wake up in the morning
Do you look outside to see?
The beauty of the sunrise
Or the softly falling leaves

Do you recognize the seasons?
As the clouds go rushing by?
Do you hear the birds a singing?
Or see the rainbow in the sky?

Do you see the mountains peeking?
Or hear the oceanís roaring sound
Do you watch the children playing?
As they run across the ground

Before you go to sleep tonight
Do you watch the stars so bright?
And notice that the moon is full
In itís softly glowing light

Do you see the Artist painting?
As the birds take off in flight
The colors blending magically
Does he bring it all to life?

Our Wonderful Creator
The beginning and the end
Do you see Him in creation?
Do you see how it begins?

A very nice poem. There were a few places where the rhymes were a bit of a stretch, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. Its sentiments are very true.

Lovely, thought-provoking questions in this piece. I wish you would show us those things in the poem itself. Use imagery with strong verbs and adjectives and keep growing. Great work.

A really neat poem, and I liked the Title. The meter was off a bit...but the thoughts came through loud and clear. Work toward a smoother rhythmic beat, but not at all bad for a beginner. Enjoyed the art it portrayed of the Master Artist.
