“The Greatest Teacher”
What a teacher is? To me, a teacher is someone who teaches who new and exciting things.
But everyone else has their own definition of what a teacher is.

To this day, I still remember my favorite teacher of all times. Her name was Mrs. Beal’s. She was a very nice lady who taught me a lot of things I thought I would never use in life. She would always encourage me to read and to behave. I love her with all my heart and still keep her in my thoughts. Now I have a new teacher whom I admired so much. His name is Jesus Christ. Everyday I wake up to spend time with Him. He teaches me new and exciting things to apply to my daily life. He is everything I want to be. He teaches me how to live in truth and how to love others as I love myself. He is the Greatest to me. I encourage you to come to Him and learn from Him, He is gentle and pure, and so beautiful. I want to be a reflection of what He is. To reflect His majesty and beauty for all to see, He loves me and He loves you, let us learn from Him and give Him the best that we got. Now my definition has change, a teacher is: He who came to earth to teach us the way of life and in the end He gave up His own life for all of us, so that one day we may share eternity with Him. Now that’s a teacher. He will always keep us under His loving care and will always show us His ways and in the ways we should go.

“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:29 NKJV~

Come let us learn from the Greatest Teacher ever born, and let us give Him all we got.

What a wonderful testimony. This does need some polishing. Good job.

Good, but I would have added more personal descriptions about your teacher.

Also, proof read your column out loud at least three times before submitting it, both for clarity and grammar. It took me a few years to figure out how important this is. I’m an impatient person, so I really had to struggle with this part of my writing.

That will help avoid mistakes like “Now my definition has change…”

Keep writing.

May God bless!
Sincerely,

Very inspirational, I think it could have been slightly more expanded though.
