Salty tears on your pillows will not change a thing.
An angry scowl, I am not impressed!
It will be worthwhile to learn instead
Rather than dumping your ten percent.

Still pouting? I am here when you are ready to talk.
Sulking is for babies. I expect more from you.
The principle will work when you apply it correctly
I am here when you are ready to learn.

Finally! I am glad you are here and you have swallowed your pride.
Open your ears, so you can show others too.
It is more than money; itís about your heart;
Who do you love and whom do you trust?

Apart from your motive, is there strife in your heart?
Why donít you give your father a call.
When you bring your gift make sure itís pure
It will surely make the Fatherís heart glad.

Now about Sue, Jane and Luke.
You do not know what they have sown.
Their season is different from your own.
So do it because I told you so.

Now that you have brought your gift with love
Thanking God above for all He has done.
Look out for favour, grace and wisdom.
Your Teacher is always here, if you need to talk.

This is a nice poem.

It seems disconnected and I had trouble finding the message.

Great job.

This is really good, but when you through in personal names, you should have added more explanation.

Other than that, extremely well written.

May God bless.

Sincerely,
Dan Blankenship

very clever! Excellent progression of how God deals with us...obviously a little personal experience here! ;-)

I love it. I could relate, too. I have gone through all 3 of those phases with 2 of my older children countless times. ;-)
