Take a look back on the life of Moses, how did God used him as a good leader in the deliverance of Israelites people out from the hands of the Egyptians and brought them into the land of Canaan where God hath promised them to live for the rest of their lives. In Exodus 3:11(King James Version) , at first, Moses did insist on God's calling to him, to be a leader to His people. As what he answered to God "Who am I,that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt". Yet, he did not realized that God is always there to give him power and strength being a leader inspite of so many trials and tribulations that he would encounter. To be a good leader in God's ministry, it is not based on academic background, what school or university we graduated from and how many medals and trophies did we achieve, but it is a matter of dedication and complete reliance to God, how we acknowledge His power to grant us a good kind of leadership to the people in society, no matter how easy or hard the task will be.Read verses on Ephesians 6:11-17(King James Version),apostle Paul said,"Put on the whole armour of God,that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,that ye may be able to stand in the evil day, and having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God". It clearly says that a leader must be ready to fight against trials and temptation through the guidance of God and obedience to the Gospel. Moses become a great leader not because of his own ability, but due to his obedience to God, following His commands eventhough the Isrealites themselves doubted at many times the power of God to feed and guide them through their journey to the promised land.
