The game “Follow the Leader” teaches children to watch and comprehend directions through imitation. It’s a game of faith, for the children trust that the “leader” won’t make them do anything dangerous.

God’s children follow leaders too-spiritual leaders. And poor Christain leadership can result in others going astray. It is because of this responsibility that Christain leaders will be subject to a harsher judgment from god than will Christains who are not leaders.

God can turn anyone into a leader. He can take ordinary people and give them extraordinary work to accomplish by his power. The best example of a leader is Jesus Christ. He is God’s Son, the holder of ultimate power, who humbled himself by becoming a lowly human being and by dying for sins he didn’t commit.
if you are in leadership model yourself after Jesus: be approachable, don’t
fight back if you’re verbally attacked and look for ways to help others in need.

I enjoy playing follow the leader with my friends, back in the day my husband and I just laugh about it, now we play this game with our grandchildren, having a dawn good time.
“Just try it one more time”, I know you'll old.

“Leadership” meaning – 1.the ability to lead 2. the leaders of a group
WNW Dictionary.

God establishes all leaders. There are many examples in the Bible of political
leaders God brought into, and removed from, power.

(Hebrews 13:17) “Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.

God determines who will be leaders.
(1 Corinthians 12;28) And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.

Thank you Lord for Leaders

I especially liked the insightful remark "those who are Christian leaders will be judge more harshly that non leaders." I think that is so true. They are setting a standard that can make or break spirits and it's important to know it's a heavy responsibility. Their fall is often hard and fast regardless of their following if they fail. Good reminders here.

Some very good ideas. I liked the comparison of church leaders and the game at the beginning. I think you needed to organise you thoughts more carefully - the last few paragraphs gave the impression of being shoved in at the end.
