Iíve traveled many roads
My burdens I have towed,
As the Spirit has bode.
Through this valley I must go.

The Valley of Decision
Is Christ for real or not?
With His blood was I bought?
Have I found what Iíve sought?
Through this valley I must go.

The Valley of Tears
So many bearing pains
Their pillows show the stains
They counted losses as gains.
Through this valley I must go.

The Valley of Slime Pits
The darkness floods my soul
My joy and hope they stole,
I fall into some hole.
Through this valley I must go.

The Valley of Death
Silently, it awaits
I must go through the gate,
And face what is my fate.
Through this valley I must go.

The Valley of Praise
Christ said, ďCome unto me
Sit quietly by my knee.
Iíll fill your heart with glee
For all eternityĒ.
To this valley I must go.

A very effective progression through many valleys, ending with the valley of praise. I like this.
