I have been writing for the better part of my life. I guess you could call me a "closet" writer though, for I have always been shy about sharing what I write..afraid of rejection and criticism.
I attribute this to the deep love I have for the gift that is within me. It resides in the very depths of my heart and to share my writing is to share my heart, something not many of us are willing to do.
I have over the past few years developed a hunger for acceptance in the writing community...a hunger to find those people who share this love. It is this desire that has compelled me to "come out of the closet" and share what is on my heart.
I have quite a collection of poetry and the few poems that I have had published is my only claim to being published in anything.
