Hello, my name is Chris Goglin, and I’m excited to become a member of Faithwriters.com. As a freelance writer, I have published several articles and poetry for newsletters, magazines, and co-authored a study guide in the past. As former Editor/Publisher of the “Under His Wings” newsletter for my church, I was inspired to write more from the every day experiences of life. Raising five children instilled a creative and humorous writing style that served me well in helping other mothers through the daily grind of child-rearing.
As an empty-nester now, I reflect more on God’s will for my life and my husband of 45 years, and how a changing world puts so many people in hurtful situations.
My goal is to make a difference in a reader’s life so he or she can accept the hardships and heartbreaks they face with a healing remedy. I am ready for new literary challenges, although my pen may be a little rusty from years of neglect, my soul is anxious to begin my journey once again.
I am a graduate of Moody Bible Institute’s certificate program, and obtained an associate degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
