For as long as I can remember, I have always written in response to my emotions--and sometimes because I just wanted to get a really great idea on paper. For me, writing is a way of communicating who I am with words or attempting to understand what my life is. I've never published anything, nor have I ever seriously set out to be published. However, the dream has always been in the back of my mind, waiting to be given life. So . . . I am finally beginning the journey, ready to see what comes of it. Most of all, it would be really great if the God who is the giver of everything good in me would somehow take my fumblings with words and use them to point people to a saving knowledge of Jesus. That is my ultimate goal.
