I am an author and editor. My education is in business and accounting. which I used in the oil industry in Houston Texas until the bottom fell out. Then my husband and I moved to the small town of Kerrville, which led me to the hospitality industry. After a few wonderful years in Kerrville, I took a position in a resort hotel in Vale Colorado where we lived for the next ten years in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Then family dynamics brought us back to Kerrville where we leased an old 1928 gas station, renovated it, and turned it into a Coffee House, complete with ghosts. We called it The Java Pump. It was a magical place. The Rocky Mountains were the inspiration for my first novel, Blood Secrets, a Supernatural/Mystery published in 2006 by Wings Press. The Java Pump is a Mystery/Comedy published by Whiskey Creek Press in 2007. The people, and events that took place at our little Coffee house inspired the writing of the Java Pump. I have had articles published by Dawn's Early Light, The Christian Heartbeat, and other on-line magazines. I am a member of Faithwriters, American Christian Fiction Writers, The Christian Pen, Edgy Christian Fiction Lovers, EPIC, Writing.com., and a San Antonio Book Club and Critique Group. My third novel, The Race Card will be published soon by Whiskey Creek Press. My goal is to tell the story of Jesus' love for us while giveing my audience a great and honest read so they can't wait to come back for more.
