I am an Evangelist, Bible teacher, Writer, Patriot and Disabled Veteran. Although interrupted at times, I managed long periods of a serious study of God’s Word, including completion of a college degree program in Bible-Ministerial Studies and eventually, ordination as pastor-evangelist.
My efforts in the vein of ‘ministry’ have taken different forms at times. Most recently, my calling has taken me to teaching and evangelistic work directed mainly online. Work continues as we plan to develop this outreach through the written ‘Word of the Cross’– Jesus Christ and Him Crucified!
Even as a boy I dreamed of one day being a writer! Over a number of years I have written prose/poetry, personal essays, and as well, some light-hearted, just-for-fun pieces meant purely for entertainment. I have written “allegorically” of some scriptural accounts. By this I mean they were written from the standpoint of an “eyewitness” to the particular event or, from the likely viewpoint of the one involved in it. In these, I have been careful to ‘do no violence’ to the Word of God but remain as true to scripture as possible. I’ve had some articles/essays posted to my own blog or website, but nothing ‘professionally’ published (for compensation, etc.).
For as long as I still have breath, my "mission" will be in finding ways to “give back" some of what I’ve been so freely given! Before God, I take seriously the Calling and the exhortation to "...earnestly contend for the Faith which was once delivered unto the Saints" (Jude vs 3b KJV). I can do no less! For truly, Jesus is my Everything!
