I’m a wife and a mom. I thrive on teaching women's inductive Bible studies and leading small group discussions in general. I love to cook. I dabble in lamp working handmade glass beads. A few writing experiences in my career as a registered dietitian include: nutrition editor of a food resource book, guest columnist for a local health magazine, technical content designer of health research intervention programs, co-author of peer reviewed journal articles. Most recently, I write to keep my thoughts, experiences, insights and ideas from exploding my brain. I'm an eastern Montana native transplanted into the lush Willamette valley of Oregon.
