I am a forty-year-old father of two teens. My encourager, Vickie, has been my wife for 19 years. I began writing at the age of seven, and more seriously at the age of 26 when I began a wonderful walk with Christ. I served ten years in the U. S. Air Force before getting out to go to school full time at the age of 30. I graduated four years later with a B. S. in Psychology, a minor in Counseling, and a minor in Christian Discipleship. I have worked in various Christian ministries including: youth leadership, Sunday school teacher (various ages), Deacon, and Discipleship Director. Upon getting my degree, I got a job with a small Internet Service Provider in Fort Worth. There, I learned computer programming related to web design. I now work as a computer programmer full time and have several websites that I have developed and maintain. I believe that God has equipped me as He has for purposes I am still exploring—that is why I am now a member of the Faith Writer’s community.
