54Yr.old Grandpa 8 times. Married only once for 32yrs. Have been in dual careers since being Born again in 1975. Have been in both the Ministry and as a Businessman. Also currently and still, a Seminary graduate and student and an ongoing student of Non Profit Business Management. I love writing and have 10 books in the works, so to speak. I am from upstate New York and my gorgeous wife is from Laredo Texas. I'm a Veteran of the Air Force/Vietnam War Era. [no combat] My wife is Indian and Mexican American and I am Russian/Slovak/Dutch/Algonquin Indian. We have 3 daughters and 1 son, who has served twice in Iraq in the past two years. I normally drive a handicap/lift bus part-time but am now temporarily disabled from a work injury. My wife is also disabled.
I have begun publishing/posting on a local website that is primarily read by those in our immediate region. It is a devotional/inspirational/instructional type of site using articles and messages from the LifeBuilders series. Go to broomeweb.com first and then link to Broomeworship.com. I also publish/post on Faithwriters and the AllAboutGod website, as well as an e-mail mailing of two different types of messages. One is shorter and more of a devotional/inspirational work called "GodSpeak" and the other is a longer set of messages either dealing with more controversial and touchy issues and subjects, or more lengthy teaching formats. It is known simply as "StraightUp". These are both outreaches of the LifeBuilders Ministry we've had for two years now. We also have a website for Lifebuilders Ministry. All articles are free to share, not yet copyrighted. Send an e-mail request to be put on the mailing list only for the two types of article/messages that get sent out. LifeBuilders Ministry is not yet incorporated nor do we solicit money. It's a resource for messages that are meant to help you see God build your life in Him.
Sad to report that both my wife and I have many health issues we deal with every day including those very painful and some very distracting. But I can still write and lecture when I can. Remember William Cowper who wrote and co-wrote a number of old hymns and numerous famous dark poetry in England. He was close friends with the famous Evangelist and hymn writer John Newton. Mr. Cowper suffered terribly his whole life with debilitating mental health issues, as a Christian as well. It's Inspiring to me.
