I have been married to my wonderful husband for over two decades, and we have four incredible children, two boys and two girls, ages 19 to 30. Our oldest son is married to a very special young woman, and they have twin four-year-old boys and a beautiful two-year-old baby girl. We live in southeast Louisiana.
That makes me a daughter, a wife, a mom, a grandmom, and a transplant to Cajun country! I'm also a dog lover.
I love to read and have had a desire to be used by God through writing since 1995. That desire was placed on hold while I homeschooled my children. But now the time has come to fulfill God's other call on me, that of writing about His faithfulness to our family, by sharing the testimony of what He has done in each of our lives.
Faithwriters has been a tremendous blessing to me. It is in the past six years of my membership here that I have been given opportunity to exercise my skills and to hone my craft. Faithwriters has given me the tools I need to answer God's call, while at the same time giving me a chance to meet a group of absolutely awesome people with the same love for the written word that I have. It is both an honor and a privilege to be numbered among Faithwriters' membership.
