What if the client is unhappy with the end result?
One of the key ways to stay on track is to develop close contact with the client throughout the process. Make sure you understand what they are wanting. You should also agree to provide three corrective sessions for the price you quoted. You should be able to correct any issues the client has in no more than three corrective sessions.
There will always be a few clients who will not be pleased no matter how hard you try. In these cases you may have to either ask for the money or be willing to move on the next project.
