FAITHWRITERS 500 MEMBERS SAY:
AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF THE PUZZLE

Faithwriters has made a HUGE impact on my life. I was looking for Christian writing sites when I first found it - or better said, was led there by God. What I got was an abundance of gifts, overflowing. The end of July will be my one year anniversary with FW. Every day, this site is in my life; it is such an integral part of my life.
I have Intracranial Hypertension which causes me to have chronic, debilitating headaches that often land me in bed for long periods of time. FaithWriters has kept me from vegetating in front of the TV. I first started corresponding with others who have chronic health problems and from there I added healthy "normal" friends (and I use normal very loosely, of course. hee hee…). Now, I have a core group of friends that I truly can't function without. No kidding! They all add a piece to my life that helps me to grow and mature in the Lord. Without FaithWriters, I never would have had those pieces fit into place. I would have been a few pieces short of a fully completed puzzle. And how sad would that be?
This site has gotten me writing better than ever. In the year I have been a member, I went from the Beginner level to Masters in the Writing Challenge. I thank God for the Challenges, which have taught me to weigh each word before I use it. That lesson flows into life, too. We are given only so many words; let's use them wisely and for the glory of God!
I became a 500 member, actually, because I kept getting private message notices and it was driving me insanely curious! I didn't even talk to my husband about it. One late night I got my credit card and filled out the information. I knew Jim wouldn't balk at $10 a month and by that time, he had seen the incredible outpouring of love from my FaithWriters friends when I was in the hospital. I received phone calls and cards galore. He knew that FaithWriters had become family.
I also use the FaithWriters email, which is included for free with my membership. I rarely get spam and that is a MAJOR blessing. My story was also chosen to be a part of the Peculiar People project, The Postcard Project. I also want to try my hand at the Page Turner Contest. We'll see if that gets accomplished. All of these are advantages of being a 500 member and there is so much more that I haven't even taken advantage of.
If you haven't figured it out by now: I absolutely LOVE Faithwriters! I love the people. I love the amazing writing that comes from it. I love what I am learning. I love that it has broadened my vision and given me friends from all over the world. I wholeheartedly recommend becoming a FW 500 member. Together, we can help keep a truly great site up and running for the glory of the Lord.
