Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
Splashes of sunlight, light up the sky,
Reflected in clouds, as the sun says “Good-by”
The world will soon take on a different hue,
When, at last, the sun dips, and says “Adieu”
A lonely time of the evening will soon emerge,
Suddenly, over my being, emptiness will surge!
Strange, how the lack of light, can affect one’s being,
And completely change a person’s feeling!
No wonder Jesus came, as the great light,
Making His appearance, in the dark of night.
He came to reveal His most perfect plan
To be the only light for us, sinful man!
Such joy to know life, forever in His light,
When we accept His provision, live by faith, not sight.
In awe, I stand, made clean though His blood,
His light overflows my heart like a flood!
Suddenly, the darkness, and loneliness of night,
Seems to take wings, and launch into flight!
