If men were God, the sun will not shine on the day of their wrath, which could be several times daily.Power is quite intoxicating and eventually destructive.....just wondering aloud if God did not have His many attributes that are contrary to man's and if he thought and acted like us or man was in His place to wield supreme power at will,....Brrrr i shudder at the thought
Have you ever wondered about certain events in history, the men that channeled these courses, mapping out strategies to rule(by force or by con), dominate and oppress (directly or indirectly) changing several people’s lives because of their insatiable thirst for power, hunger for fame, greed for extreme wealth and delusion that they alone know what’s best for everyone else.
Decisions were made by these ones concerning the rest of the human race as if they did the work of creation themselves.

Tyrants, dictators and all others in the same league who made and are today still making decisions that affect several lives in their immediate vicinity or even in far away lands, annexing such for it's resources in the name of spreading civilization.

They draft policies, lobby congress to pass bills that affect and destabilize several lives in drastic ways that negatively derail destinies of a people for a very long time to come

Individuals are not left out in this power play, law makers alone are not guilty; in our daily interactions and relationships we play God in other people’s lives when we are in positions to do so, a boss to his subordinate or to a new employee in a work place especially if he happens to head personnel department or employments for that company, displacing worthy candidates for his friend’s or his own son or relative.

A man intimidates his wife and treats her more like a slave than a companion because he is financially more grounded than she is, a father holds his children to ransom on issues that they could make their own decisions over and begin their own independent lives but he will not hear of it simply because he runs a multimillion empire and must call the shots always, otherwise they are disinherited.

If men were God, the sun will not shine on the day of their wrath, which could be several times daily.
If men were God, the rain will not fall and there will be no harvest and of course many would die of starvation because of famine.
If men were God, suddenly the whole earth would freeze over because one nation decides another must not exist anymore for one reason or another.

Power is quite intoxicating and eventually destructive; King Nebuchadnezzar in the Bible ended up scavenging for food on rubbish heaps with wild animals and was also smitten with madness, the Pharaoh that ruled in Egypt when the Israelites were in captivity, had horrible plagues befall him and his entire kingdom until he declared that Jehovah is king.

IF MEN WERE GOD, SOME OF US MERE MORTALS WOULD NOT HAVE A CHANCE OR PLACE TO EXIST ON THIS PLANET!

Thanks God for being who you are, a little boy once said in his innocence,” I think if you tried, you could not be a better God than you are already, am not saying this because its you God ”.

What more can I say!
