This message is for my sister, who has been married for over 35 years, They have 5 beautiful children.
Like most of us, their sacrifices are not recognized, yet, their life is an inspiration.
I didn't buy a card to say
I'm remembering you today.
As you read these words,
You may observe,
There's so much more I wish to say.
How can a mere card reflect
The love I wish to project?
Winding hands of time
Made your love divine
Through the roles you both were playing.
Mother, Father, life,
As time kept going,
I close my eyes to taste the sweetest fruit along your journey.
No medals have been received,
Yet, somewhere, I believe
A flower grew, naturally,
A flower grew, naturally.
