HELP TOUR

It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:

1) Post your first piece.

2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.

3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.

4) You can build up credits to be used at another time by giving critiques to others.

Hey there! Hope you enjoy this. My main question with my lyrics is usually, can you picture this working as a song? This is written from the perspective of Jesus. All comments are welcome.
Thereís a space between
you and Me.
Itís pushing us apart;
donít wanna loose your heart!
If you will come to Me
I promise you will see
Thereís common ground
where only My love is found.
Just keep your eyes on Me
so you donít fall into
the space between.

I say, seek and you will find!
Donít stand at the edge
like itís the end of the line!
Donít you know I gave all I had?
I gave Myself to bridge the gap,
laid a blood-stained cross over this divide
and Iím here to lead you to the other side.
Iím the bridge so you donít need
to fall into this space between.

Now youíre so close
but still so far.
Canít say how much
it breaks My heart!
I want to do so much more!
But the choice is yours.
I wonít force you to accept Me.
Oh how it breaks Me to see
you're slipping into the space between!
I watch you with tears in My eyes
as you continue to struggle and tryÖ

I say, seek and you will find!
Donít stand at the edge
like itís the end of the line!
Donít you know I gave all I had?
I gave Myself to bridge the gap,
laid a blood-stained cross over this divide
and Iím here to lead you to the other side.
Iím the bridge so you donít need
to fall into this space between.

I stand here and watch
as you struggle on your own.
When will you admit,
you canít do this alone?
You try to take the long way around.
Youíre so close to the edge
and itís a long way down!
You go through needless pain.
All this time youíve struggled in vain.
My child, itís a long way down
and I tell the truthÖ

Only in Me, can the way be found!

I say, seek and you will find!
Donít stand at the edge
like itís the end of the line!
Donít you know I gave all I had?
I gave Myself to bridge the gap,
laid a blood-stained cross over this divide
and Iím here to lead you to the other side.
Iím the bridge so you donít need
to fall into this space between.

I gave to you all I had,
gave My life to fill the gap.
So reach out and take My hand
Iím the bridge you need
to cross over this space between!
Seek and you will find
Itís not the end of the line.
Iím the only bridge you need
to cross over the space between.

Iím the bridge who will bring
you across the space between.
