I don't know exactly where I'm going with this yet,
so it's kind of work in progress. I got bad mouthed by some people for the poem MY Letter To America and well they said it was to negative and I agree, but I also think that truth can be negative, but should be said if it makes a deferents in a positive way. So to every one that gave me such good comments on that poem, thank you so much! You really encouraged me to serve my God in the way he wants me to. A Pessimist Gone horribly Right.
TRUE WISDOM is not your own,
you will reap what you have sown.
Every dream can be crushed,
any gift can turn to dust,
every blessing can be no more
and a Christian's heart can't ignore.
TRUE MIRACLES will be disguised,
things that are holy won't be realized,
your beliefs will be criticized,
by those who live their life in lies.
Being muffled the dear Lord cries
He feels each conscience while it dies.
TRUE KNOWLEDGE is kept inside
while foolishness is opened wide.
Perfect faith we are forced to hide
while sinfulness is never shied.
Who you once trusted you can't confide
and your loving God will be denied.
TRUE PEACE has no room here and has to wait,
because the angry world is filled with hate.
Human desires always wrongly demonstrate
what's truly important and what's really great.
For very many it becomes too late,
as their souls sink below to find its fate.
TRUE WISDOM is not your own,
you will reap what you have sown,
every dream CAN be crushed,
any gift CAN turn to dust,
every blessing CAN be no more
and a Christian's heart CAN'T ignore.
