It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:

1) Post your first piece.

2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.

3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.

4) You can build up credits to be used at another time by giving critiques to others.

Hey there! Well, this is something I basically just threw together so I don't know how solid it is. I just felt compelled to write a thank you to the Lord and this is what I came up with. Let me know how it sounds, as well as if you think it works as a song or if it would make a better poem. Thanks so very much!
I cannot count the number of times
Iíve felt like Iíve reached the end of the line.
How often Iíve seen the task at hand,
felt my knees go weak, unable to stand.
So many times Iíve felt like Your request
has just been too far beyond my means.
Itís then You give me everything I need!

For all Youíve done and continue to do,
my Lord, this is my thank you song to You.
Wish I had a better way to show my thanks
but what compares to Your overwhelming grace?

When I think Iím far beyond too weak,
You keep me going and help me succeed.
Yet, I still have times when I canít see.
In those moments You show me who it is
Youíre forming me and shaping me to be.
Itís then I feel Your love shinning down
and You remove the chains that had me bound!

For all Youíve done and continue to do,
my Lord, this is my thank you song to You.
Wish I had a better way to show my thanks
but what compares to Your overwhelming grace?

When I think thereís nothing I can do
You take the time to look into my eyes
and say, ďDonít give up on me becauseÖ
My child, I havenít given up on you.Ē
Just when I feel I can no longer move
You grab my hand and You pull me through.
Donít know what Iíd ever do without You!

For all Youíve done and continue to do,
my Lord, this is my thank you song to You.
Wish I had a better way to show my thanks
but what compares to Your overwhelming grace?

As long as I live Iíll do all I can.
Take control of my feet, my mind, and hands.
Lord, giving everything as my thanks to You
just seems to be the very least I can do.
Living all my days only for You.
Jesus, itís the very least I can do.
Lord, I give my everything as thanks to you.
