It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:

1) Post your first piece.

2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.

3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.

Okay. I need some help with this one...I'm not sure if this piece should be a poem or song lyrics. Please read it with this in mind and let me know your opinion.

I guess for now I'll post it on both boards and see what people think. So, cast your vote! Poem or song?
In the hands of Jesus we find everything we need.
The hands of Jesus bring forth a strong tree
from the smallest of seeds.
The hands of Jesus reach down to heal our broken land.
Look and see the love and beauty within His holy hands.
With His hands He heals the sick and calms the strongest storm.
With His hands He moves mountains and brings up the sun in the morn.
His hands possess great strength and such gentle love.
Within His hands He wants holds each of us.

These same hands which hung the stars above,
hung upon a wooden cross for nothing other than love.
These same hands which put together every
day, month, and year; are the same hands
which will wipe away all of our tears.
In His hands He holds the beginning and the end.
Look close and see the love and beauty within His hands.

In the hands of Jesus we find mercy and grace.
In the hands of Jesus we find gentle strength.
The hands of Jesus welcome us to Him.
The hands of Jesus save of from our sin.
His hands hold all forgiveness and truth.
Anything is possible when the hands of Jesus move.
With His hands He draws us unto Himself
and when we choose to take hold of His hand
we find a vast multitude of heavenly wealth.

These same hands which hung the stars above,
hung upon a wooden cross for nothing other than love.
These same hands which put together every
day, month, and year; are the same hands
which will wipe away all of our tears.
In His hands He holds the beginning and the end.
Look close and see the love and beauty within His hands.

In His hands He holds all things.
His hands reflect those of both a servant and a King.
In His hands He holds the greatest of gifts.
He longs for us to reach out and accept the gift from Him.
He longs to place His gift into our hands.
He wants to give His precious gift to each and every man.
Won’t you reach out and take the gift from Him?
Won’t you look and see for yourself
the love and beauty within His holy hands?

These same hands which hung the stars above,
hung upon a wooden cross for nothing other than love.
These same hands which put together every
day, month, and year; are the same hands
which will wipe away all of our tears.
In His hands He holds the beginning and the end.
Look close and see the love and beauty within His hands.
