It's easy to critique the works of others and get your work critiqued. Just follow the steps below:
1) Post your first piece.
2) You must then critique the work of another member to post another piece yourself.
3) For each critique you give, you earn 1 credit that can be used to post another one of your writings.
4) You can build up credits to be used at another time by giving critiques to others.

This is a song I wrote last year, but it works for this as well. I think it kind of is what it means to be after Gods own heart. The last verses
mean the most to me and I wanted to make them
stand out to be a humble Christian prayer. The
ryhmes are a little off, I'll try to fix that later.

Lord when you look down
does sorrow cause You to cry
when the lost then found
get smaller as the days go by?
When Your tears keep falling
because we're so close to the end
and Your voice keeps calling
but no one cares to listen?
If following You with no shame
and I walk with no disguise
If being persecuted for Your name
brings some comfort to Your eyes,
Then Lord teach me to be
A SERVANT FOR THEE.
I'm just finding myself at night by my bed
when I pray
only asking for forgiveness for sins through
out the day.
Everything I've done not half has honored You
but You still love me just like You always do.
Mistakes will happen
and yes I will fall down
but realize my sin
before I hit the ground.
Lord teach me to be
A SERVANT FOR THEE.
Being a member of the lost then found
at least my soul can rest at ease
It's harder for the world to get me down
if I'm already on my knees.
Now when I get teased for every belief
I will stand strong and pray someone receives.
So here I am
awaiting Your call
at Your command
I surrendor all.
LORD SHOW ME TO SEE ONLY YOU
AND YOU I CHOOSE TO HEAR
TELL ME TO SPEAK WORDS THAT ARE TRUE
LIKE MUSIC TO YOUR EAR.
